I hope Mike doesn't mind the fanfare, but it deeply saddens me that Murray has crossed the bridge. Murray was a really good guy. He defied the Chessie stereotypes. He was so mellow and easy going. He loved Mike and it was clear Mike loved and respected him. I always had to laugh when Mike would send him on a mark because there was no way you could understand what Mike was saying. I knew Murray's name, but it was unintelligible from Mike on line.

Some dogs you develop a deep affection for and Murray holds a place in my heart. I'll miss seeing him at tests and trials.
