Default Jewelry For Christmas. To Dad: From: Briar

I spent over an hour looking for this guy yesterday in the nastiest cattail patch know to man. After picking up the decks, i gave it one more shot. I sent Briar in for one last look. Though I could only hear him, eventually he emerged with this guy. He looked at me as if to say Merry Christmas dad! Enjoy your retrievers, and give em a special Christmas treat.

    Merry Christmas all

There are two spiritual dangers in not owning a farm. One is the danger of supposing that breakfast comes from the grocery, and the other that heat comes from the furnace…........If one has cut, split, hauled, and piled his own good oak, and let his mind work the while, he will remember much about where the heat comes from, and with a wealth of detail denied to those who spend the weekend in town astride a radiator.

It is so sweet when that barely hit runaway is recovered finally, and when you take it from pup you realize it's banded! Nice job Briar!

My 19th band. Two this season, and hadn't had one in four years. The last was a prized pintail banded in Japan. Having a pretty good season.

    So right on Chris!

I am having a decent season despite water everywhere in California. Just got home and had two real good days shooting specks. All fun!

I'm pretty sure that's the duck I shot. Glided all the way from Texas.
