Finally got our new swimby pond under way. Lots of trees and brush to cut before any excavation work starts. The trees with the pink robbon around will remain standing.

That's for sure jg but you gotta start somewhere. The 3/4 acre pond you can see in the background behind the pine tree in the first pic. looked the same way before we started on it. Just trees in the woods with a few springs! The value of the trees help offset the excavation. I'll post some some pics when all the trees are cut and when the BIG machines arrive.
What are you thinking? It is obviously too cold for swimby!
