I was gonna say something really nice about Spice and Feather but my eyes kinda blurred after reading that, great tribute to fine little dog-- but then she did have a pretty decent trainer too don't ya think?

Thank you Buddy ... But I can only take SOME credit for SOME of the things Spice knows .... sheer natural talent & the desire to please/work in combo with having the smarts to figure things out. I am not sure a trainer can “put” those things into a dog. How we as trainers develop those things is to be seen.

I just received word yesterday that one of my 12 month old Spice pups made a dock diving debut in Canada.... Taking 2nd place in her division with a jump of almost 15 feet missing the blue by 6 inches (this was her 1st attempt and dock diving and was just for fun). This little lady named “Jagger” is an agility dog in the making and her owner decided to give this a try...

Reminded me of the time that Spice and I tried Dock Diving: a 2nd place in her division as well with a jump of close to 19 feet and a 4th place over all the dogs for the entire weekend in the speed retrieve division... More fun more smiles.
