What a feeling!!!

My dog sat on a dime today!!! I've been working and working at fixing the loopy, crooked sits and today I saw the lightbulb go on!!!

She was loping into one of her usual loopy things, when suddenly she spun around and looked right at me, square as can be!

Her butt came down on the same line she was running!!!!!!! And it happened again later!

Fowlpete!!! I know at least you know what this means!

Ok, enough of the exclamation points but no one around the house here appreciates a major break through in dog training when it happens, thanks for letting me wooo hooo here.

Let's hope I haven't jinxed myself by celebrating already! I am gonna do pile work for a couple more days, and if all goes well I will move on to bird boy blinds and see if the training sticks.

Gooser, I didn't know what kind of snappy sit I needed back when I first taught this to my dog. I feel like I only recently grasped how to correct the problem, even after reading and rereading how-tos.

I ran her on some real blinds today, she did great on the sit.

Of course some other Genies have come out of the bottle now, but what a feeling!
