working from my phone so if this doesn't work someone smarter than me fix it. This is carter Harrison Mhoon. His moms protein levels in her urine were pretty severe so the doctor decided at 34 weeks he'd baked in the oven enough. C section today at 1:30 went well and the baby will be kept in n-icu for monitoring for a few weeks. He is 4lbs and 10 oz and 18" long. Mother is doing good and recovering well. Moose my 10.5 month old CLM will be jealous but I'm sure he will be this guys guardian angel.

Being my first child needless to say a new and exciting chapter has begun

Well, I hope. He is beautiful!!! Mama looks tired but very happy!

mama and little carter are both doing good. my wife was discharged monday and the baby was moved from NICU to a step down unit on tuesday. he actually skipped one unit he went from level 3 care to level 1 care. he was removed from his incubator on thursday and as soon as the doctor snips his little boy part we are probably going to be released tomorrow. he went from eating 7mls of milk the first day to 40 today. he sleeps through the night and most of the day and hardly cries at all. i think he'll def be a keeper
