Those who say "Diamonds are a girl's best friend" have never met my dog!
Hope you can find the owner.
Hi Julie,
Any luck finding the owner, if not I can put a word out to the NSDTR community.

Hello:
My wife and I lost our lab in december after 15 long years. We have been working with NSDTRC rescue to adopt a toller. I hope and pray that the owners are found.
However, if they are not please let me know as we would be willing to adopt her.
Regards:
Bayman
Hi Julie, I just joined the Forum so don't have ability to PM you yet. Toller rescue stands ready to get involved and we have several Club members nearby who have volunteered to take her in while either her owners are found or she is adopted. Can you give a status of the toller here and get in touch with me privately at marypalkowski@insight.rr.com? Thanks!
