For times where there is a hearing deficit situation, perhaps 22 cal blanks of any color, even the purple ones, are not the answer....

When sight and/or hearing may be an issue I would use the Winchester black powder popper. In the right light they have a 3' long muzzle flash and in any light the sound is deafening. A little pricey but if available. what's a $1.00 ea in the big picture ?

Jeff, I cannot as yet find their phone # and it is not on their web site http://www.pacmanufacturing.com/whoweare.html.

Perhaps this is them http://www.powerprofiles.com/profile...INC-HIBBING-MN if so the number listed is- Phone: (218) 262-3390

We are discussing 22 caliber blanks, crimped or not, yellow, red, and green
