    Question pup training treats

    pick her up 8/22 and will be training myself......i was wondering you suggest to use as small training treats? going to get a bunch and just do not want to fill her up with garbage while training......thanks

    We used regular kibble and deducted it from his feeding ration. Also used frozen green beans and blueberries as low cal alternatives. Frozen green beans are especially handy during teething.

    The first few weeks the only thing Takoda liked was his kibble. When he got a bit bigger we moved onto dried liver and the wellnness puppy treats he seemed to really like.

    Use something soft. Don't want pup playing around chewing stuff too long.
    Puparoni sticks diced into pea size pieces works.
    For baby puppy stuff, first week or so, a dab of cheese wiz on your finger makes them happy happy.

    As stated puparoni works great...I also used Zukes treats
    both worked great
