I was thinking the Ravens would double team Crabtree and keying on Vernon Davis leaving Moss open.

Ain't no betting on player hunches.

The two New Orleasn kids are doing well; Jacoby Jones and Ed Reed.

I did pick a 49ers vs Ravens Super Bowl back in Sept/Oct on one of the Football threads

It's such a shame that in the USA, defending Liberty has become such a heroic deed.

    $9ers 20 to 17 over the Raven.

Because of Randy Moss' performance, Kaepernik wins MVP.

Every SB, someone unexpectedly steps up and makes a game changing play. My hunch was Randy Moss. As it turned out, it was New Orleanian Jacoby Jones.
Looks like the Ravens plus 3.5 was a winner to me.

Too bad the weather was so lousey!

Interesting how quick the subject changes when actually playing the game changes one's prognostications .

Personnel still count - interesting that the Ravens OC is the same guy who was HC at Peyton's place . I thought The Ravens played a good offensive game, thrifty but effective. Though a couple of miscues changed a rout into a nail biter. The age of the Ravens D was showing. But I'm sure that will be workled out in due time. I think Flacco will no longer be an afterthought on most folks radar.

The NFC West should be tough for the next few years .

I couldn't stand either team, but since CBS played up the brothers aspect so frequently, and of course they are the two biggest whiners in all of football, it appears that the brother from Baltimore out-whined the dude from S.F. However, the dude from S.F. had an almost Oscar-winning whine at the end, with what has to be the most pathetic, embarrassing, beg to the officials that his player was held, and certainly deserved another chance at the end zone. Hey, you simpleton, you had four chances from the five, and lousy play calling allowed the other team to win. What a joke.
