    SN58302904_AUGGIE-2.jpgpart of an email I received today........... I am leaving for Tennessee this morning for Dick Fenner's induction into the Bird Dog Hall of Fame. Congratulations should be extended by all to Ken Jackson (who will be judging the Am and Qual at the NORCAL Trial) whose WONDERFUL dog "Augie" is also being inducted into the HOF! I was privileged to judge Augie on several occasions and got to watch him run Nationals as well. What an incredible animal! If he was a pro football player, I would be wearing his jersey! Probably my favorite "player" of all time......

    Dick Fenner was a great man and Augie was a great dog. Both are very deserving. Hat's off to them!
