Serious question, I swear: Excessive Gas

I hope I can stop laughing long enough to post my question. My 2 year old poots more than any dog, (or human) I have ever been around! He is and has been on the same food since he was a pup, Eukanuba PP, and only seldom gets people food as treats. Would not be so bad, except that he stays in the office with me at work. My eyes water a lot. Any ideas on a supplement or something I could give him to put a damper on it? His coat, stools, health etc are all very good. My other two dogs, (including the chessie Bubba) do not have this problem. Just little Stinky. Now what I am laughing so hard about, is I did try a search before posting this. The key words I used were "excessive gas". The first 6 returns were ALL FROM POTUS PLACE!!!!!

Does he gulp his food and swallow lots of air when eating? I would also try one of the enzyme products as an additive to see it makes a difference.

Any time a dog has that much gas, to me it's a sign that the food is not agreeing with him. I would consider changing it. I changed one to Euk Naturals Lamb and Rice.... no more gas... grain can cause gas in some dogs.

Have you been moved to the back of the office yet? My guess also is that the food is not agreeing with the dog.

Yes this! He almost does not chew at all, never has. He opens his mouth and shovels it in. Even if you give him one bite at a time, he gulps it down whole. Any ideas?

Have you given any thought to one of those feed bowls that are designed to slow down the quick eater? My cousin uses one with several little trap doors.
