I have tried my tightie whities, they work kinda OK, but occasionally fall off if I don't safety pin em tight enough. I am interested also in something more sure fire.
Buy some 4t-5t pullups cut a hole for tail to go through doubt you'll find anything that will work better

The washable denim dog panties with velcro straps are great and stay on. Just slap in a maxi pad with sticky tape and you're good to go.
