Great! Let me know which one you go with. I'll be curious to see if it sounds enough like the traditional ones so the dogs don't have to relearn!

    a question,
    judges of all venues.
I was at an event a while back were the handler had a voice box / wind pipe issue. With the hole in the neck thing.
He had a sidekick to blow whistle for him.
Could a person with such an issue use this E-whistle at the line under judgement, by rule?
I "THINK" for NAHRA it would be up the the judges on site. Nothing in stone from the home office, I can find?
    HRC guys?
    field trials?
    AKC hunt?
what would you do if a guy with no medical issue came to line?

As far as I'm concerned- how you choose to communicate with your dog is your bidness. I am going to assess the amount of disturbance to the neighbors and fellow hunters and assign points accordingly.

Text them a stern click regards

I found a youtube video that demonstrated the Fox 40 electronic whistle. Hopefully, this link will work for anyone who is interested.

Then again, maybe we should just wait for Apple to come out with the first Smart Whistle.

The beginning is often scary, the end is usually sad, but fortunately, it's the middle that counts the most.

When they started demonstrating the sounds, my knucklehead came in to see what it was all about.

Are you going to get the one with just one sound? If so, let us know if it sounds like the first one in that demo.

I love blind faith, I love anything with a blind in it, except Venetians, can't stand Venetians....too many places to collect dust. But Ginger an Eric, Stevie an Ric always felt like I was in the presence of The Lord when listening to them always helped when I couldn't,t find my way home.

e whistles, better be directional or the judges will cream you.

I have the fox one hanging by the back door to summon dogs while they are airing. They work very well for that ,but not nearly loud enough for trials. There are three tones. I would not use it for training either as it has a very slight delay when you press the button. If it was twice as loud, it would be awesome ,and the timing thing could be adapted to.
