Well thought we were finally through with winter. Snow was melting most of the training grounds were clear even had open water. Then mother nature in true form dumped another 14 inches of snow over the last few days. Forecast for the rest of the week shows more snow even yet. Picture is from this morning of my airing yard yeah I know the 9th of April geesh. Greetings from those of us, buried again in the 49th state.IMG_2789.jpg

It is now Apri; 10th. The snow is falling outside my window and the ponds are still frozen solid. Going to shoot the darn lion and then look for the groundhog.

Was cold rainy and snowy here yesterday.
    Now kinda muddy and chilly.
Took trap out and ran a few marks and blinds tho, and hit the pond up for a little trout fishing.
Supposed to warm up again. 70's and windy this weekend.

Received my gas company bill this morning and it said the month of March average temp here was 21 and last year during the same month it was 50. We're further North than the next snownami going through SD right now but another 4" of snow on its way with high temps through next week not looking to get out of the 30's. Getting pretty fed up with old man winter.
