    Question History Question FT 1953

    I have what appears to be flask probably presented to a field trial judge. it is inscribed:
    Mr. Andrieus A. Jones
    Judge
    C.S.C.R.C.
    Fall Licensed Trial
    1953

    anyone know ?

    who the guy is ?

    what was the trial club ?

    it worth anything to anyone ?

    A.A. Jones is a Retriever Hall of Fame member and had a National Finalist in FC AFC Dairy Hill's Night Cap...he also judged well in excess of 100 stakes...one of the Who's Who of retriever trial history

    The trial was held Oct. 2-4, 1953, at Lake Arrowhead California. The judges were A. A. Jones and Dr. H. B K. Willis. There were 29 starters--only 3 dogs placed. The winner was Young Mint of Catawba, owned by F. Lebold.
