Which DVD teaches "Draining a dog"?

Not sure I want to learn that, is it like cleaning anal glands?

And that is why I always pay with Paypal whenever buying used stuff. You never know when you are going to get in trouble, but by doing this, you add protection to yourself, and the seller.

Actually Paypal does little to protect the seller, its almost the exact opposite.

Best solution, if you get such a deal contact the local FBI office and answer their questions and followup. If it isn't worth the trouble then the problem is established as buyer and seller.

You are partly right. PayPal does indeed protect you! I bought a DVD that was advertised as new and it was a ripped copy (of a tv broadcast no less) and got a full refund.

But PayPal passes the cost of the refunds along to the consumers. It is built into their fee structure.

Sadly, nothing works but stopping the criminals.

I bought one one time and when it arrived it looked like a ripped off copy. I sent it back to the fellow and contacted him he reasured me that that is how it came to him from the sales company. I told him if that was the case he should be questioning them. He gave me my money back.
