    Default Turkey mount GDG and Pics

    I would like to share my turkey mount that I had done. I just picked it up today. I shot this bird in Ohio in 2011. It weighed it at 19# with a 9 3/4" beard and 1 1/4" and 1 1/8" spurs

    The mount turned out really nice....I've got a spot reserved for a Rio Grande. Since I live in Missouri I've killed a ton of Easterns but this year I'm headed west to hunt Rios....

    Excellant turkey. As a taxidemist myself, and winning many awards in taxidermy competitions in the turkey division, yours was exceptionally well done. Congrats. Like the pic's too.
