    Angry Stolen and recovered

Today, I had a neighbor, who we think has mental issues, come into my back yard and steal my dog. My kids had just left the house minutes earlier when my wife heard the dogs barking at the fence. The next thing she knows one of them is in the garage so she open the door and let her in. She went outside and checked the gate and it was closed and saw the other two in the yard. My wife walked back in the house then heard the youngest pup in the front yard. ( She had just seen him in the back yard). So she got him, went back to the back yard to figure out what was going on and recheck the gate. That's when she discovered that my MH was now gone. She locked 2 of them in the kennels in the house and went out front. She asked two ladies if they had seen a black lab and they told her that a lady had just drug her into the house across the street.

My wife got the police. The cops could see the dog in the house but they could not get the woman to answer the door. After about 2 hours, the cops finally went into the house and got the dog. The police know this woman well. She is on their radar for some time but has not had a verifiable reason to arrest her. When they found out how much money a MH was worth, they went in and got her. Hopefully an arrest warrant will be executed tonight

    What a day

WOW Terry...that lady is lucky you didnt show her what the Texas castle doctrine law is all about.....steal my tools, my bike, or some other item I may have left outside.....but stealing my dog will result in gunfire

Wow! I chain my gate with a padlock just to keep people out. Although it's a pain in the butt, it's worth it.

WOW , WOW, WOW.... So glad your wife was home to see this and act. That is one lucky B*tch across the street- she would be lucky to be in jail if she stole one of my dogs. She would never be seen or heard from again...... Just WOW...................

My word. What are people thinking? Oh that's right she's crazy. Glad you got the dog back unharmed.

Angry -very much so but more than that, concerned. This woman has made comments about wishing she could run away with my 4 yr old daughter. If she will come in the back yard to steal a dog, my daughter is no longer safe in our own home.
