Default 16wk old pup unable to regulate body temp?

So this is a strange one already been to the vet, pup had been having diarrhea for a bit, took her in she got fluid (SC) B12 and was put on a antibiotic (augmentin) slight temp 102.7, pup seem ok for the next 3 days, breathing a tad labored, seems continuously hot, drinking. Started to notice dehydration again, so gave her fluid (SC) per vet instructions. Back to vet next day, blood test, (normal) given Relaxin in to solidify poop. Good for 3 more days, running and fetching a bit last night. Wakes up this morning disoriented, salivating, pacing, skin hanging, give her fluids (SC), remarkably better 15 min after (SC fluids) still appears hot, labored breathing, put her outside ~50F, running in the yard. I got a call into my vet, to me it seems these little bouts all have to do with her not maintaining a constant Body temp. she doesn't pant just labored breathing, Very strange in that she'll be prefect for long time periods then bam, any suggestions on what it could be and what other tests to run

Right now, Not Parvo, Blood normal, stomach ( things are going in and out), seems very hot during these bouts fluids & cooling help, still on (Augmentin) anti-boitic, it seems to make her a tad stoned.

I would think there is a reason why she keeps having fevers. TBD perhaps....Seems like that is the first thing I think of for almost anything anymore...I would MOST definitely rule it out.....keep us posted

coccidia. Check it out on google. I had one with this and seems like it could be it. Stool samples will not always prove positive. Easy to treat

have you temped her all of the times you think she has an elevated temp? Could be pain and not fever...

Haven't temp her every time, she feels much warmer to the touch than her sibling and just wants to lay on top of the AC vent, just appears to be hot, don't think it's pain as she's sprawled out not hunched up.

Took her off her anti-boitic, switched her to chicken and rice, got her some pedalite, after SC she drank and ate through the day. When I got home @ 4pm couldn't tell she had an episode this morning, her temp 99.4, running around, a little weak but being a puppy PITA, per normal. Drank ate and pooped (solid) slept the entire night, except for me bugging her to drink some more. Like nothing ever happen this morning, but then again that's nothing new, hopefully it'll stick this time. Talked to vet, only thing he could see from any of the tests was slightly elevated phosphorous levels, So we'll keep her on chicken and rice for the week with no antibiotic and see. And see is the part that stinks, but at least she's good today.
