    Default Navajo Dam Hunt Test

So as not to further muddy up another thread, thought I'd mention this here. Someone said something about a "Pot Luck" dinner at the test. Reading EE, it sounds like they are planning a barbecue/social. I take this to mean a dinner where you pay your money and sit down with all the other entrants, judges, etc. as usual. If there is in fact to be a Pot Luck, could someone verify it? 30 Caliber? I am looking forward to seeing some NM folks, Coloradans too. There just aren't enough of us, lets have fun.

Sorry, Carol, poor choice of words. The club is offering a BBQ on Saturday evening where you pay for your meal, as many clubs do. It's NOT a potluck.

I am attending with several other people from my home club/training group, and we were discussing having a potluck tailgate amongst ourselves on Friday evening... guess the word stuck in my head. Now it turns out that several people have to work on Friday (work? people actually work?) and will be arriving late, and the rest of us are all arriving at different times, so we have scotched the idea. We may be found, however, in the parking lot at Abes

Ill be in the outback 5th wheel at Abes.
Those that show can meet there, and decide it we want to eat local or bring/cook and sit at the tables and socialize.

LOL Fishin, the mountain biking and fishing are the only way I am getting my husband to go along with this! He can get green chili anytime, I make it good!

What, no Thursday???? Just kidding, I'm happy for you. Right now it is snowing like crazy here and no sign of stopping. Looks like 4 wheel drive for my ride back down the mountain today. Hope this and the crazy wind stop before the test. Heck, I hope there are no fires still burning! We are set to go 2nd and 8th unless they let me move one back to the end. We shall see.

Thursday, maybe? depends on if we have work.
they seem to be pretty cool. there are alot of dogs being run by a pro in different levels, so I don't see us running in the listed order.
just cold here today. a little sleet earlier.
    still trained this morning tho.
