    A quote from the article:
“Look, we live in a very dangerous world. We know there are people who want to take away our freedoms. New Yorkers probably know that as much if not more than anybody else after the terrible tragedy of 9/11,” he said.

I wonder who he was referring to when he spoke of this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Ayn Rand talked at length about the power of a majority to vote out the freedoms of a minority, she goes on to explain that the purpose of a democracy is to make sure that the majority never votes out the minorities freedoms, yet that is what we are looking to do nowadays.

This guy is seriously dangerous, but on the other hand, as long as all his ideas stay in NY I don't really care. Maybe we can put a fence up around it and not let anybody in or out.

Newly release poll by USA Today.. Less than 50% support new gun laws. As Rand Paul stated, it is all in how the question is worded and asked.

Thanks for your support. If I'm ever lucky enough to jump your fence I'll make sure to steer clear of the coastal bend of Texas. Wouldn't want to contaminate your area.

What is really dangerous is folks who don't believe in majority rule.

The scary thing is that's exactly what the constitution provides in part. Protection against the majority.
