    What difference would that make?

Yes, I did. It's too much liquid to put in one spot without it running off onto the floor.

The distribution of the ingredients is very important with Advantix.

Ticks are worse this year than I've ever seen. Went fishing for an hour and picked 11 off me wife and 2 kids. I put my lab on advantix this morning when I picked up another supply of heartguard.

There is a new collar out by Bayer, which makes Advantix. It is called the Seresto Flea and Tick Collar. Looks very interesting.

$49.99 online less a $20 rebate for an 8 month collar.

The wife and I pulled an engorged tick off my Lab pup two days ago. grrrrr...hate those things. This is 5 days after she got her first of two Lyme vaccines. Will be looking for a program as well.
    Labrador Retriever, a 20g & grouse...is there a better combination?

    Thanks gang-

Lots of ideas/opinions here. It's amazing to me how abundant ticks have become. I can remember when ticks were something that were just an afterthought rather than something people needed to plan for.

Same here, works great. I also use their knock-off of Heart Guard Plus, called Pet Trust for Heart worms!!

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

There are things you just can't fix. Can't fix stupid, can't fix a neutered dog & you can't fix junk!

You don't want to give Comfortis and Ivermectin at the same time. It's in the little pamphlet that everybody throws away without reading. If you have a question about your topical, you can read it, if you threw it away, it's available online on each company's website. Comfortis, Trifexis, Vectra 3-D are also not approved for use in pregnant bitches (that info is also in each product's pamphlet).
