    Default June 3 IRS hearing

The new Acting IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said some people had been replaced. He did not say what happened to those people. Promoted? Transferred to another position? He mentioned the former Acting IRS Commissioner Miller.

Well, Danny, we know Miller was asked to resign and he did.. but it was only 2 weeks before he was scheduled to resign anyway. He is still on the payroll until his resignation date. He was not fired. He leaves with his pension, etc.l

Joseph Grant resigned, was not fired. Anybody know where he is now?

Lois Lerner, Director of the Tax Exempt Division (located in Wash. DC) took the 5th and was put on paid administrative leave. No loss of paycheck, no accountability, no punishment.

Werfel said more than once that part of his job is to make sure those who ordered the targeting are held accountable. When asked just what their punishment might be, he did not respond. Werfel danced off into a different direction.
