More testimony is scheduled for the end of June ... Ham will testify; as will the fellow in charge of the group that were ordered to stand down; and the person who relayed that order. (sorry don't remember the names offhand).
I had missed this statement from Dempsey on June 12:
General Dempsey made his statement on June 12 in a Senate hearing about the attacks on September 11, 2012, when the attack that killed ambassador Stevens and three Americans that were there to protect him occurred.
Dempsey told the Senate that command of the Special Forces–known as C-110, or the EUCOM CIF–was transferred from the European command to United States Africa Command (AFRICOM).
This is consistent with a source that told Fox News, back in April, that aid could have gotten to Benghazi within 4 to 6 hours.
Don't remember who it was in the administration that specifically stated that help could not have arrived in time.
