    Can you enter a UKC test on the day of. the test or do you have to enter prior like in AKC

    Call/email the hunt secretary and see what their entries are like. Finished typically fills up pretty fast down here.

    So I take it that there are a set number of slots and if they are not filled you can just show up and enter until they fill all slots. Is this correct?

    Yep! Day of test entries are allowed in HRC tests if flights are not filled. Some clubs charge a little more for walk up entries.

    If you know for sure you plan on going , do the Hunt Test Sec a favor and sign up before the close or at least the week after close prior to hunt starting. Also you are know for sure you have a spot.
