Default Need prayers! Getting a little nervous...

    RTFers,

Please take a few minutes and say a prayer for my Father-In-Law, he is currently in surgery for blocked arteries in his legs - they are doing the by-pass on one leg today, plan to do the other side in 6-8 weeks...I'm a little nervous because the doctors said the family would get updates every couple hours and we have not heard anything for 6 now...I hate being the "sky is falling" type, but I'm getting a smidge worried...I hope I'm being a nervous nanny.

My father in law is the best...I couldn't of asked for better in laws...

    Thanks,

    Lainee

Not giving up, I hope this is a case of "no news is good news"....I would like to think if things were going wrong they would let the family know ASAP...hopefully everything is going smoothly and the doctors are just really busy....and if that is the case, extra prayers won't hurt

He probably didn't get into the o.r. Right away. Just have your mil ask a nurse to have someone check on him. Prayers sent of course.

    Hi Lainee,

I have prayed for your father-in-law.

I hope to get to read good news shortly... Chris

Glad to hear it went well. I think the world of my Father-in-Law also. Will be tough to lose him someday.
