    Default GunX Out of Business??

Anybody gotten ahold of the folks at GunX recently for warranty work? Their website is "temporarily unavailable" and the phone number from my receipt goes to someone's voicemail. Main reason I spent the extra to get these guns is the included lifetime warranty. Any help would be appreciated, I'm sure I'm not the only one here with GunX products.

Weird. The guns are also "out of stock" at Gundogsupply and Dogsafield.

If they are out of business and the guns break, I hope they can be repaired by a gun smith.

That's odd. I got one from GunDogSupply about a week ago.

Ok now I think their website is just down as this page still works:

    http://www.gunxusa.com/serv.php

They were very good when my gun needed repair---they answered my email (service@gunxusa.com) promptly and repaired it real fast.

Yeah the people at Gun Dog Supply said that they've been out of stock for awhile now. The rep from GunX told GDS that they were having a hard time getting parts, according to the gal I talked to at GDS today. I've sent GunX an email about service as of tonight because they didn't return my phone call from yesterday. Well see how long it takes them to respond.

Go to a gun show and buy a used .22 cal revolver instead of a blank gun. Shoot your blanks in it. Keep live ammo seperate. Not that hard to do. An active .22 revolver w/ birdshot is handy to have for snakes, barn rats and missed flyer pigeons that want to roost in the barn.

They almost never malfunction, and you can load them with segmented hollow-points that are pretty effective at close range.
