Default How would you judge a BLARK ?

Had a very .... ummmm.... "interesting" weekend at the yadkin test last week in Meban NC. Never laughed so hard on the line in my life .. more than ONCE.

One of my dogs had a bird come back to life and fly at her from the judges tent.

Another received a delayed hanging flanger followed by a hefty Splud. All this immediately following another person in the running order getting lucky enough to have a BLARK.

A weekend I'll never forget, and those of you where were there.... I doubt you will either

    Could you translate, please?

I've played this game for 19 years and have never heard of a delayed hanging flanger nor have I heard of a BLARK.

And I would like to know what happened when the bird came back to life.

When it stops being fun, I will find something else to do with my time and money.

Blark was male Wookiee soldier and weapon dealer who worked for the Organization in 32 BBY.

Can you run a Wookiee in a hunt test since they are tree people and not dogs?

A flanger is an effects unit that creates this effect. In some cases the two signals will become so close that it almost fades away to oblivion called "sucking air." It has also been called the "Darth Vader effect."

I have no idea what happened this weekend, but the description is pretty amusing. I used to type posts like this when I took Ambien. But since the OP wrote it in the afternoon...

Nope. I was there - she pretty much nailed it.

I think they were testing out some new tricks for Master National.

It was an interesting test! Keep in mind that BLARKS only happen in very rare circumstances. In all of my years of judging, I can honestly say that this was the first BLARK I've experienced. BLARKS can also make scoring interesting too. After all, not all BLARKS are created equal. However, I have had delayed FLANGERS and SPLUDS. I must say that DELAYED FLANGERS are preferable to FLANGERS!!! A true FLANGER can certainly delay your test and create some time management issues!!

    Let's not forget Little Bundy!!

    What a weekend!!!
