    Default another Bumper boy question

I have two 4 shooter BB that have original electronics on them. Recently the sound of one does not work. I have swapped out the speakers with no result. The other one will not hold a charge and needs a new battery, so I cant tell if both speakers are bad.

Any idea why I would not get sound on one? It will launch, but when I press the sound button I do not get a signal from the receiver.

Sound will crap out before the receiver is completely dead. I would replace the batteries first and see what happens.

Check the connectors. Also open the case and check the sound chip. The chip often wiggles out of the socket. If it has, push it back in the socket and test the speaker again.

OK new problem. I ordered new batteries and sound works but one unit will not launch. I do not get a signal from the transmitter. I have tried reprogramming, and that worked for one cycle and then nothing.

Figured it out. I had to program it to the correct model. Operator error I guess
