Default Problems with iPad and posting

Just in the last few days, I am unable to respond/post comments on my iPad. The window for typing will not "activate" and let me type.

    Anyone else having this problem?

Mine works as usual as I type this reply. Try re-starting your iPad. And make sure you have the latest software release installed.

I am replying from an IPad right now and it seems to be working. I just got a software update notice and will probably run that. I would suggest if you are up to date, that you may want to go into Safari and reset your cache. I'll open up settings and see how to do that and post back.

Thanks Chris but that did not work. The problem just started a couple of days ago.

There are a few of us with the same issue.
Standard answer seems to be our browser.
I am happy for everyone who has no issue, that doesn't help those of us that do.

BTW: can't send a pm either, so I can't pm my cell # to admin.

    Here's to a solution soon.

To admin, it is an APPLE product so of course I am using Safari. I have not changed anything on my iPad since the admin support changed. My iPad is first generation and has worked fine until last week.

Here is what I think you Apple users need to do

    1. Sign out on the device

    2. If you are using Tapatalk , sign out there too

    3. Remove all traces( cookies) and memory of the site on your browser

    4. Unchecked the box where it asks do you want the site to remember the user

Now go back and find the site all over again and sign in but don't immediately ask the iPad to remember your log in

    Hope this helps

You can install other browsers such as chrome on an Apple product, so them asking which browser is used is a valid question.
