Question Hunt Test Chairs, need your help

In an effort to get our club Hunt Tests reorganized, I need some help with lists. So many people do so many things at our tests that I need a master list of:

What has to be done before the test.
What has to be done each day.

I have marshal lists for each stake. They list contact info for key people at all stakes, equipment at stakes, etc.

Our club management for this venue has changed over the years and I need to get a perpetual set of instructions set up. If we have a complete turnover of help and a green person were to take over, they would be able to do it with these lists. It would be useful for others I'm sure.

Would someone be willing to share?

    Thanks!

You can also PM me. I have a great worksheet to use to organize getting ready for the test. Our club used to keep a 3-ring binder with all the forms. It could be passed along from year to year.

As a lifelong shooter who just developed acute tunittis, don't forget ear protection at each gun station.

Weebegoldens.com hosts some writing of the late John Cavanaugh.
This pdf, John's Judging Manual, contains some good lists plus other useful stuff to know.
