    Chug, chug, chug, chug.

Trump Train just keeps building momentum. Can’t wait to see last month’s unemployment numbers.

I actually heard a "Democratic Strategist" on a cable news network last night refer to Trump's "failed policies". It's sad that the others involved in the discussion didn't have either the smarts or the courage to ask him to specify which of Trump's policies had failed.

Is that when the stock market crashed from the housing market caused by Clinton and Barney Franks allowing people to buy houses that didn't qualify. You mean that crash?

How long was President Bush in office? -Paul

Doesn't matter. The damage was already done and toxic mortgages were already on there way. When Billy Bob And Barney allowed people who didn't qualify to buy houses it was a matter of time before they folded up and walked away because they couldn't afford what they bought. It came to a head in 2008.

So you don't think anything could have been done between 2000 and 2008 that would have at least limited the losses?

In my opinion, I think that's a stretch. -Paul

What were you doing during that time? Apparently not paying attention. There were attempts, however feeble,
to do something. The D's talked about how heartless doing anything would be.

Interestingly, that stock of houses is in use, a new one is being built to eventually fail. In the meantime the
government you so ardently support is collecting more than their due to insure they do not suffer. Not sure
if not owning property is the way to go.
