Your dog's tail posture is reminiscent of FC-AFC Flood Bay Boomerang!

His tail posture is distinctive alright. Are there any photos I could take a look at?!

I'm musically illiterate, but was curious about the music on your videos. Was the music your own production?

There's an "Irishwhistler" here, now RTF has an "Irish Upland."

Ha, no, not my music - I have zero musical abilities. It's just royalty free stuff i found online, and liked the sound of it. https://freemusicarchive.org/genre/Folk/. I must update the description with that I guess.
Thanks. I saw Irishwhistler alright - the photographer

Great Videos! Great dog and great shooting! I like that you barely have to speak to your dog. Around my parts you hear guys hollering at their dogs. LOL. Did you train him yourself?

ha, thank you very much. When he gets birdy in range like that I can just leave him work. When he's not birdy and just quartering, and starts to range out a bit I give him a double pip of the whistle to remind him to change direction and sweep back across me. I did train him (I'm still training him - he just turned two). I used to holler more, until one day this season I decided to stop that, and trust him. And low and behold, he responded nicely to an occasional whistle. The first 10 minutes of the hunt he tends to be over zealous, but then settles into a pattern.

There is always plenty to work on - I'm addicted!

Thanks for the comments, NateB. Lol - I am as human as anyone else with my shooting...working behind a good dog certainly helps with the hit ratio
