I am going for the practice round on Tuesday. Taking my dad, uncle and brother. Hoping the rain forecast changes. I'll make a pick after that.

Tiger, Speith, Rickie Or Michael Jordan's little guy are who I would be rooting for.

Back when I was a duffer (always have been) I played Riding Mountain Golf course
located above Brandon, MB. Beautiful course, can only imagine how nice Augusta is.

This will be my second time to a practice round there. It is an incredible place! The first time I set foot on it, I stopped, took off my sunglasses bent down and touched the grass and rubbed a little between my fingers to make sure it was real, and not painted. It's that perfect! TV does nothing to show the terrain of that place.

The word "perfect" doesn't even do it justice. And when the place is empty it looks entirely different than what people see or think they see on TV.

    Have a GREAT time!!!

Hope you have a great time with your family and great weather! You probably know this being close by, but just in case others don't I'll give some background............On stubhub, Tuesday "practice round" tickets start at $1,500/ticket....a badge to the 4 weekend rounds starts at $17,000....it's a big deal just to get to set foot on the grounds/course. Not a weed or blade of grass is out of place. A beer and a traditional pimento cheese or egg salad sandwhich is leass than $5. No fee for parking. You are not a guest, ticket holder etc., but a "Patron" and are treated as such. No gouching the Patrons from the members. True southern hospitality at its finest.

Now I don't feel so bad blowing $80 on a family golf membership.
