The American People paid at least 35 million dollars for the Democrats’ “Nothing Burger” via the Mueller investigation! Franco, pay special attention in this apology about the lies...now I know how you got corrupted on this "lie" thing you keep posting about! The Liberal Media Propagandist did it to you!

    Apologies to President Trump

…Whatever his supposed flaws, the rampant accusations and speculation that shrouded Trump’s presidency, even before it began, ultimately have proven unfounded. Just as Trump said all along.

Yet, each time Trump said so, some of us in the media lampooned him. We treated any words he spoke in his own defense as if they were automatically to be disbelieved because he had uttered them. Some even declared his words to be “lies,” although they had no evidence to back up their claims.

We in the media allowed unproven charges and false accusations to dominate the news landscape for more than two years, in a way that was wildly unbalanced and disproportionate to the evidence. We did a poor job of tracking down leaks of false information. We failed to reasonably weigh the motives of anonymous sources and those claiming to have secret, special evidence of Trump’s “treason.”

As such, we reported a tremendous amount of false information, always to Trump’s detriment.

And when we corrected our mistakes, we often doubled down more than we apologized. We may have been technically wrong on that tiny point, we would acknowledge. But, in the same breath, we would insist that Trump was so obviously guilty of being Russian President Vladimir Putin’s puppet that the technical details hardly mattered.

So, a round of apologies seem in order…

No, Barr’s Summary of The Mueller Report Does Not Support Trump’s Alleged Obstruction
By salting the report with grand jury information that required redaction, Mueller guarantees the president remains subject to the innuendo and suspicion that comes with unnecessary secrecy.

“On Sunday, Attorney General William Barr released a summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on his probe into alleged collusion between President Trump’s campaign and Russia to steal the 2016 election. Barr says Mueller’s team found no evidence of such collusion.
First thing first: The “collusion,” theory, long ago exposed as a frame-up, has now been formally declared dead by even this partisan band of revenge-oriented attorneys. I will never again dignify another mendacious Russia hoax conspiracy theorist with a serious factual response. That part is over.”

Barr wrote, “After reviewing the Special Counsel’s final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, our charging decisions, Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel’s investigation is not sufficient to established that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.

” In making this determination, the attorney general noted that the president was “not involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference,” and that “the absence of such evidence bears upon the President’s intent with respect to obstruction.”

Don’t forget, Barr is a close friend of Mueller. Their wives go to the same Bible study, and they attend the weddings of each other’s children. Saying Barr is covering up Mueller’s findings is ridiculous.

Former Department of Justice spokesperson Matthew Miller stated on Sunday that Special Counsel Robert Mueller didn’t leave an obstruction of justice case against President Donald Trump to U.S. Attorney General William Barr. Mueller instead left it up to Congress to decide.

Attorney General William Barr’s son-in-law is a member of the White House’s legal team.
Trump's nonsense seems so transparent. It blows me away that there are so many people who lap his lies and deceit up. Cult is the only word for such delusion.

    Franco,

You have been betrayed by Bertrand and gotten by Graham! Are they two of your favorites from the trusted news source, The Atlantic? They, and many other like minded "journalists" have embarrassed our press, our country and especially you.

Recently you said, "don't let the facts get in the way of your political biases." I replied, "and vice versa." Now we read posts where your biases WILL NOT allow you to accept the fact that Mueller found no conspiracy or collusion.

You lambast folk here watching "state run media" while you bathe yourself in biased disinformation.

America's greatest danger is hardly the low information voters you claim to detest. Rather it is those who obsessively consume what supports their own bias rendering them incapable of recognizing any other fact or point of view.(YOU)

Now get in the corner and take your ass whoopin ignorati!

    Franco,
Did you happen to watch Hannity tonight? If you did I'm sure you will not after tonight. Keep up the good investigative reporting. Grab yourself another glass of that blue kool aid and suck it down.
