"Prior to the delay, the debate in the Senate was how best to dismiss the Articles. Should they refuse to even hear the case or simply spend a couple of days listening to evidence from both sides and then take a vote to acquit? McConnell openly admitted he was working hand and glove with trump.
That is not the case this week. The debate has shifted to…which witnesses should we allow and the “given” in this debate is that Bolton will. That is a win. In the delay period we got Bolton’s announcement he would answer questions and a trove of incriminating emails and documents were released through a Freedom of Information Act. But that was not enough for Pelosi.
Pelosi won but she wanted some “insurance”. She knows who she’d dealing with. So…if anyone thinks the release of those incriminating Hyde/Parnas texts on Tuesday evening was a coincidence, well, they don’t know Nancy Pelosi."

The Parnas emails and interview last night were devastating to the Trump defense.

Then we have the thug Hyde with numerous photos with Trump and Junior.

Bring on the witnesses and documents!
Why would the Russians try to re-elect Trump?
Because he’s making Russia great again—while crippling American power and influence.
The Trump Presidency is Putin’s dream come true.

    My prediction....

    1. The Senate will listen to the House Managers presenting why the President should be impeached.

    2. The Senate will then vote on "acquittal" or to continue with the calling of more witnesses.

    3. Senate votes to acquit the President on both counts of impeachment!

Pelosi has her Trump reelection managers in place. The acquittal should be pretty quick. Then we can get back to watching the Dems implode in the debates. It's fun watching rich, old white people argue.

Trump may well be acquitted but without witnesses and documents, he won't be exonerated.

    Only to lunatics.
Rational thinking people understand this is a politically motivated farce.

Amusing to hear a liberal, talking about political motivated farces.
