Presidential pardons are not suppose to be about letting one's associated off the hook!

There is a procedure which Trump ignored and instead like most of his decisions, it was done on a whim.

Nothing more than criminals sticking together. Birds of a feather!

    "
Not only is Trump normalizing pardons, he is normalizing white collar crime. The total severity of the crimes Trump pardoned generally outweigh the convictions that other presidents have pardoned. In addition to Blagojevich and DeBartolo, Trump pardoned Michael Milken, who plead guilty to securities fraud and conspiracy. He was ordered to pay $600 million in fines. Trump also pardoned Judith Negron, convicted of Medicare fraud to the tune of $205 million. She was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
    "

Why would the Russians try to re-elect Trump?
Because he’s making Russia great again—while crippling American power and influence.
The Trump Presidency is Putin’s dream come true.

Are you suggesting that Flynn is a traitor?

    DOJ Guidelines for Presidential Pardons.
    https://www.justice.gov/pardon/pardo...d-instructions

Of course, Trump didn't follow any of it.

Instead, he opted to pardon people he was either friendly with in the past, had business connections to in the past or people he thought could help him in the future,

All abuses of what Presidential Pardons are suppose to be about.

It is what Autocrats do and not thoughtful Presidents.

Franco, you do realize that those are guidelines for requesting a pardon, not for a President to grant one?

Trump did it, so it's wrong.
