    I've chaired our clubs last 2 fall hunt tests and I've never given out a worker code to someone that is working a gun station. We hire a majority of our help in gun stations and man all the "other" worker positions with club people. My codes typically go to people helping in other rolls that allow them to run a dog. These rolls include marshal, stake manager, hanging birds, picking up and putting together worker lunches, husband/wife marshaling or stake managing another stake, etc.
