    Default OFA and CD's

Anyone tried sending OFA a CD of hips and elbows?

I just got back from the vets (100 mi round trip) and was given a CD. I was told to mail to OFA with the application (Which they completed) and a check. I hadn't done the CD thing before, so called OFA. They said vet had to send direct. Vet says they do it this was all the time. They are talking now to get it worked out. Hope I don't have to put him under again.

Electronic submissions must come from the vet directly.

We have submited OFAs on CD for the last 1 1/2 years, often multiple submissions weekly with no problem. They have all been submitted and mailed by the owners. If the vet submits them to OFA directly, it has to be billed through a clinic credit card on file with OFA, but then they can be emailed. That is the direct through the clinic part.

Radiologist called OFA and they confirmed that the CD has to come from them with a check.
Seems the program has changed...for me at least.

Electronic submissions direct to OFA have to come from the vet if they have a account set up with OFA.
