Love to join ya there Polock, but it is quite a drive from here to there and I am not sure my dad would be impressed with the gas bill if we drove down there. I do encourage anybody within driving distance of there to please do everything in your power to be there. You'll be glad you came :D

Got back to S/E Pa late last night after two FULL days of seeing the holes in my OLD training program. Vine Valley Labs and the Kotarski's were great hosts and the area was just beautiful. The cold front that came over Lake Ontario provided a step into October and I met some really nice folks.
My hat is off to Evan Graham and his skill as a trainer, teacher and a seminar presenter. This event was billed as "from 8AM to 5PM" but he took us to about dark on Friday and almost 6PM Saturday- even though we all had long drives - no one left early. My buddy and I learned so much that all we kept saying on the way home was "my head is spinning".

Thanks Evan.
