Did anyone watch this last night? This was the first time I've ever seen agility on that level. I have to say I was pretty darn impressed with that Golden. That had to be the happiest most enthusiastic critter I have ever seen. After watching her little dance after running the event, I wanted to wake my dog up and dance around  Just looked like a whole lot of fun. The lab in the last contest was great, but badly mishandled. He looked like he could have gone all the way too. It was fun but.....
not about to change games, regards

Yes..we did see it ... If USDAA Nationals are shown and you have a chance, watch those, too .. very fast. Chris Miele's Goldens always seem to enjoy themselves :)

The little dogs are right into it, too !..aren't they? Very funny.

If the USDAA Championships are shown..and you have a chance, take a peek at them. Fun to watch.

It is an addicting sport, exciting and totally fun for handler and dog. I've been competing with my field line labs since 1996 - hopefully getting a new pup soon to start with again!

The golden you refer to is AWESOME. Her husband runs GSDs that are national caliber. We live in the same state as the golden, the yellow lab and the terv (last dog to run). Lots of tough competition around here!

My dogs and I really enjoy agility training and competition... It's great off-season conditioning and I think it really helps to strengthen that bond between dog and handler. All our work in agility seems to pay dividends in the field as well.

Both of my dogs are CH Master Hunters and both are competing at the highest level in AKC agility with one closing in on her Master Agility Championship title... It's a great way to spend time with them when fieldwork isn't an option.
