Are you referring specifically to amateur owner/handlers? How would you treat dogs that are full time trained by a professional and then handled by the owner only for amateur stakes or not handled by the owner at all? I suspect that Kippy Swingle may qualify as the owner of the most FC/AFC dogs that are currently living and active but they are generally handled by pros. Kip Kemp, Mac Dubose and Newt Cropper would probably be on the list for amateur owner/handlers.

Based on Entry Express and GoodDodInfo, Dubose and Kemp seem to be running four each.

DuBose:
AFC GREAT BUNNS OF FIRE
FC-AFC TIGER MCBUNN
FC-AFC Gimme Five More
FC-AFC Voigt's Dyna-Maxx

Kemp:
AFC ALPHA MINNIE PEARL
AFC DROVE MY CHEVY TO THE LEVEE
FC AFC It's All Over Now Baby Blue
FC AFC The Man in Black

I was using as my criterion dogs that they have both owned and handled in 2006/07.

Last i heard lanse has well over 1400 AA points.
According to a PM he sent me several months ago, he had 1294 AA points. He has probably picked up another 10-13 points since then.

But hey, who's counting!
