Anyone know Hz/cps of dog training whistles, have a way to measure db? PM me if you prefer.

The police whistle has a frequency of 4000 to 5000 Hz and is roughly 90dB to 120dB loud. This can damage hearing. That's why the training whistles have a "horn" on them to direct the sound away from you and toward the dog. Great idea! Hope this helps. Oz
