I have an Avery Sporting Dog vest size medium(17" neck, 26"chest) in a cattail pattern. I used it only 5 or 6 times last year when he was a pup for his first year. Well, we are just getting warm enought to start working in the water again so I pulled it out to see if it would fit.....there is NO WAY his 80lb.'s is gonna fit into that this year. I only did minor trimming to the belly area in one spot, otherwise it is in new condition. Since I can't use it, and I don't know anyone who can, if anyone could use it, PM me your address and its yours. Shipping is on me. Cheers.

Good job Sean--admirable! I have a few that don't fit either. Will follow your lead. They grow up quickly. My dogs have a vest on starting in November, even here in California.

Thanks John, I bought it knowing that it was only going to get a few uses last year. He was doing so well that as the season went on, I just couldn't bring myself to leave him behind as it got colder. I'm just glad some one will get some use out of it.

Been hunting in ND two different years in October. Last time I went, the temp. plummeted from a balmy 75 degrees to a high of 26 the following day.

Woke up to snow and a half frozen pond that I had scouted the day before.

Vest needed! And, I got skunked---- the mallards moved on.

Great idea to pass on the vests.
