Where is the best (cheapest) place to buy leashes and collars. I am not talking about e-collars, just good old nylon, leather, pinch, choke.....?
I need a handful of them so buying them in a small number is not an issue. I have gotten them before at very reasonable prices, but I cannot remember where.

go to your local farm store and buy the rope, clamps and "o" ring for about $3.50 and you have a slip lead. MFG charge about $15.
