CC during heat?

Is there any reason not to CC or FF a female in heat? Are they more sensitive to pressure at this time, or less likely to respond well?

Do you lay off during this time and wait till it's finished, especially for big events like FF or CC, or go ahead regardless?

I would suggest waiting until the cycle is complete to do either CC or FF. I will still run the dogs during their cycle but I am much more forgiving. During that time their performance will often drop and their sensitivity levels could very well be affected as well.
