what is the weather like that tim eof year?

Beautiful!

Temps are usually in the 65 degree range......70 would be hot. Typically don't have to worry to much about rain that time of year (unless its during a trial of course). Were running strong all summer long.....of course my dog hasn't seen liquid water for close to 6 months now!!

What Frenchy said.. Some summers though it can get 75+. You never know with Alaska, sometimes it rains the entire summer and sometimes it is nice and sunny. I can tell you this, you will never see a place so beautiful as Alaska! The drive to both trial locations is amazing. Down to Turnagain you drive next to the ocean and mountains, and up to Fairbanks you will see tundra and mountains, and EVERYWHERE it is GREEN! And it doesn't get dark either!

Come visit! And bring a fly rod....

We'll have a fantastic start of the season, with Mary as a gunner we're sure to have great flyers, of course! They didnt name her deadeye for nothing!

A fantastic tailgate is planned at the general Store on Saturday and word has it there will be some electric and water hook ups if you would like to purchase a parking spot for your RV, we are really going up-town this year. Hope you all can muster up the courage to head North...we'd love to meet you. 8)
