I love these things. I have found a few applications for putting a blinking light on your dog. The best one for me has been in a tule marsh in the wee hours of the morning. But, there are other applications as well. I used the Spotlit brand (Bass Pro) for most of the past duck season. I think it was about 7 bucks. It did not give out, despite water intrusion. Pretty solid. The other one in picture(not sure brand)was junk.

Nice for night walks, etc... Thought I would share.

I use Tracker Flashlights which is basically a strobe light that attaches to the collar. Very handy on helping you keep tabs on them at night.

I hike for an hour every morning with my dogs around 5:45am. Once winter comes, it is very handy having lights on my dog's collars. I get the type that have different blinking patterns so I know who to yell to (or at), even when I can't see them.
