Thumbs up to DT SYSTEMS. Sent my PRO-ST302 beeper collars in for repair. System was 4 years old, life time parts plus labor after first year.
One of the collars would not stay in run-point mode and the other collars beeper did not work.
I paid $23 to pack/ship/insurance and $89 labor for Diagnosis/repair.
Recieved unit back in about 10 days and one of the beepers did not work.
Sent a very firm Email as to how I felt and if it was neccesary to send the unit to Collar Clinic for repair.
They called me next day, were very concerned and apologetic. They sent UPS to my home to pick the unit up and ship to them at their expense.
5 days later I received a brand new system from them.
I bet they would have only needed to replace the beeper, and I would have been happy with that. But a complete new system was totally unexpected but truly appreciated. I am once again a very satisfied customer. :D

Glad it worked out well for you....DT's customer service has been really good, in my experience. I've been using their products for about a year now and have been very happy with them (which is why my avatar is what it is). I just got a 5000 series beeper collar, with the instructions to use it hard. I've been abusing it eight ways from Sunday, and so far, so good (and beeper collars in general are notorious for not holding up. I've used mine 5-6 hours daily for the past month, in water, woods, briars, and so on, deliberately not taking good care of it. I'll save judgement for the end of the season, but so far, I'm really liking it.
